```Duties```
As a Sales Counselor, your primary responsibility will be to generate sales and drive revenue for our company. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, analyzing market trends, and providing exceptional customer service. Your duties will include:
- Conducting sales presentations and negotiations to close deals
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify potential growth areas
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Utilizing Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer accounts
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery of products or services

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Experience in technology sales is highly desirable
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly
- Excellent negotiation skills to effectively close deals

- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer accounts
- Outside sales experience is a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish is an advantage for communicating with Spanish-speaking clients
